Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
